1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may result in shortened services or the need to reschedule, at the discretion of our staff.

2. Walk-Ins

  • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time and Barbarette.

3. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Tips are appreciated and can be added to card payments or given in cash.

4. Refund Policy

  • All service sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  • Retail product returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days with a valid receipt, provided the product is unopened and unused.

5. Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our team and clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.

  • Our tools and stations are sanitized thoroughly between clients. The health and cleanliness of our space is a top priority.

6. Personal Belongings

  • The Barbera Shop Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the shop.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and permanent banning from our premises.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The Barbera Shop Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date noted above.
