As a lead Barbarette at The Barbera Shop Co., Janelle brings a unique blend of artistry and mentorship to every client interaction, specializing in everything from classic fades to bold, modern cuts. Beyond the shop, she dedicates her time to educating the next generation of barbers and stylists, empowering them with the tools and confidence to succeed. Sarina Siegel is a barber, cosmetologist, and credentialed educator teaching all aspects of barbering and cosmetology. With 17 years of experience, she specializes in precision cuts for men; everything from scissor cuts for the businessman to skin fades that make a distinctive style statement. Sarina does it all with skill and finesse, including hair replacements, scalp laser treatments, straight razor shaves, waxing, and even keratin treatments. Also a master colorist and chemical specialist, she excels at all color, perm, and relaxer services for both men and women. To Sarina, every client is a unique individual with specific needs and preferences. There’s never a one-size-fits-all approach with her: every client gets a custom plan, treatment, and routine based exclusively on their individual needs and desires.
